- Review and elaboration of laws, law drafts and by-laws, such as the Law on Allocation of Ownership, on Land Market, on Valuation of Land, on Servitude Rights, on Land Consolidation, on Auctions, on Cadastre, on Expropriation, on Mortgages, on Lease, on Registration of Property Rights;
- Design and management of lease, sales and servitude contracts (guiding principles);
- Development of regulations for servitude rights;
- Design of a valuation scheme for determining sales and lease prices for agricultural, residential, commercial and industrial land (in rural areas);
- Analysis of the legal basis, procedures and instruments for selling agricultural land in public auctions and through tender;
- Development of procedures for managing state-owned land (in rural areas).
