| Project Objective | The main objectives of this project are the development of a functional land information system and the development of an objective and transparent land valuation system in line with market requirements, which shall serve as a basis for the development of a mortgage market and facilitate taxation. |

- Determination of IT-based business processes related to the management and privatization of state-owned land;
- Supporting the effective organisation of land management institutions;
- Provision of legal advice for the drafting of laws and by-laws as framework for the development of land and mortgage markets;
- Initiation of public awareness campaigns;
Development of transparent valuation methods for agricultural land. |
