| Project Objective | The Objective of this project was to assist the National Land Service in developing an efficient and transparent sales and lease contract management system and to support the development of a corresponding IT-System (data base). |
| Services provided |
- Suggestions for the distribution of responsibilities between county-level land management divisions and national-level institutions;
- Imparting legal principles and procedures for the conclusion and management of sales and lease contracts including the principles of valuation and pricing;
- Review of existing principles for monitoring sales and lease procedures as well as the administration of state-owned land;
- Recommendations for establishing a contract management data base;
- Compilation of application software for managing state-owned agricultural land and administering its sale and lease;
- Assisting preparations for the procurement by national/international tender of the respective software and its following acceptance with particular regard to its conformity with EU-regulations;
- Assessment of work flow within the sales and lease process with regard to the new IT-solution.
